Amnah Mahroo joined BrainTO lab as a postdoctoral fellow in Jan 2025 and is working on brain perfusion methods, including arterial spin labeling (ASL) and contrast-agent based methods on 3T and 7T. She did her PhD as a Marie Curie Fellow (EU-funded) from Bremen, Germany in Prof Matthias Guenther group where she worked on developing a non-invasive biomarker for blood-brain barrier imaging.
